Event Online Registration Platform (EORP)

Event Online Registration Platform (EORP) is an online platform operated by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) It facilitates users to enroll for HKCSS’s events. The objectives of this platform are:
- Provide an one-stop platform for online enrollment and payment
- Simplify the enrollment process
- Encourage our Users to take advantage of creating personal account

Through this platform, you can:
1. Browse and search for HKCSS’s events
2. Enroll for HKCSS’s events
3. Create and update your personal information
4. Pay your fees through online payment system

a.) Options for Enrollment One-off user:
Fill out the enrollment form by clicking “Apply” button
Your personal information will be used for the single enrollment purpose.

b.) Registered user:
This platform welcomes users to sign up for a free account for multiple event enrollment. When you sign up for enrollment next time, you will need to use your Organization email address and provide accurate account information on the sign up page. Once you have created an account you will want to keep a safe record of your login and password.

Tips for signing up
1. Please ensure to provide accurate information. From Sign Up page, please provide us with your full name, email address, birthday, and desired password.
2. After you complete the sign up form, we will send an email to the address you provided. Clicking on the confirmation link will complete the sign up process.
3. This platform disallows certain names and words in names that tend to be associated with fake accounts. In addition, using the name of a group or organization is not permitted, as user accounts are for individual use only.
